Customs Information

Due to the fluctuations of the exchange rate, orders with values very close to the tax-free limit may be assessed Duties and Taxes (D&T) as the currency exchange rate may vary from the order date to the customs clearance date.

Customs duties in South Korea are imposed based on your order date. If you purchase items from the same overseas supplier on the same date and the total exceeds $150, customs duties may be imposed.

Please check with your local customs office in Korea to see if you can import the items, and if any additional licenses or permits are needed.

Starting January 1, 2025, Non-residents of South Korea must provide a Personal Customs Clearance (PCC) number to ensure their order clears customs. For more detailed information or to create a PCC number, please visit the Korean Customs website.

If your Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC) registration details (name, phone number, or address) have changed, please update your information on the Korea Customs Service PCCC website [https://unipass.customs.go.kr/csp/persIndex.do] or mobile app. before order placement. Starting February 2, 2026, customs clearance may be restricted if the registered PCCC information does not perfectly match the recipient's PCCC, name, phone number, and postal code.

If your order is not delivered to you due to incorrect shipping information, it will be disposed 30 days after the arrival date in Korea.

All iHerb orders are shipped to your country by air.

Refunds

If damage(s) is found on delivery, please ask the courier to return the shipment to the carrier. The carrier will inspect the damage condition and will submit a damage claim to iHerb. If damage(s) is found after you accept the delivery or if your shipment is lost, please get connected with iHerb’s customer service here

Korean Customs may require a doctor's prescription for orders containing supplements of more than 6 bottles.

Import taxes may apply if the total weight of raw honey products or whey protein powder products exceeds 5 kg (on a single day).
