I chose this cal-mag because my favorite prenatal vitamins don't have enough. And I wanted the ones that are pregnancy-safe. So far I've been taking them for 7 months (since I got a positive test switched to those instead of regular magnesium). It's a good amount both of calcium and magnesium. The pills are not big in size and are easy to take. No smell or taste, no burps :) Good value for money, I recommend to buy a stock for the pregnancy once there are a discounts.
