the cream and coockies flavor have a awful taste. the texture is like a sand and the taste even worse, it's taste very bitter like maybe something goes wrong. the flavour reminds me nutrabio cream and cookies isolate. just don't buy it. maybe the nutrition value is on point but it doesn't mean that the flavour can be disgusting.
